A monthly get-together for connection, celebration, education and support. Come meet others interested in creating a more sustainable Louisville. Share thoughts, ideas, experiences about growing our own food and how to support sustainable community efforts and meet others making a difference.
And have some fun while we do it!
Everyone is welcome - whether you are growing your own food or not!
This event is now co-sponsored by Fresh Start Growers' Supply and Heine Brothers' Coffee.
6:00-6:30 pm arrive, eat, greet, enjoy
6:30-7:00 pm Preserving, Canning & Dehydrating Talk
7:00-8:00 pm enjoy the drink, food and friends
Heine Brothers' will provide coffee and there's bound to be more! Bring food to share if you like.
All "15th Day" events go from 6-8pm with a 30 minute varying educational talk that starts at 6:30.
Fresh Start Growers' Supply will be our 'home' for "15th Day". Here are the upcoming dates:

This is a beginner’s basic workshop on starting to grow your own food using the Square Foot Gardening principles as offered as one solution by 15Thousand Farmers here in Louisville, KY. $10 suggested donation (no one turned away for lack of funds)
